Rochel grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and attended a Jewish day school and high school in Detroit. She has been teaching for 22 years. Together with her husband, Rabbi Levi, Rochel has been living in Dayton for 20 years and has 6 children, all of whom have attended or are currently attending Hillel.
