Moriah was born and raised in Israel. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Bar-Ilan University and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Ben-Gurion University. Moriah moved to the United States after meeting her husband, Terry. They live in Liberty Township and have three wonderful children.
